一、機器用途、工作條件及動作
本機器適用于金屬薄板的壓延、壓印、成型及塑性板材的淺拉伸工藝、例如：手表表殼、表底蓋、表帶、各種金銀首飾、徽章紀念幣的壓制，也適用于各種餐具、燈飾的成型及零部件校正壓裝。
機器具有獨立的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣系統(tǒng)，并采用觸摸屏顯示位移與產品計數、觸摸屏+PLC+光柵位移控制組合，方便設置與控制滑塊上限、快轉慢、下限和保壓時間。機器具有獨立的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣系統(tǒng)，可實現手動調整和半自動及自動三種工作方式。每種工作狀態(tài)均可實現精確位移定程及定壓兩種壓制方式。

The machine has an independent hydraulic system and electrical system, and adopts the combination of touch screen display displacement and product counting, touch screen +PLC+ grating displacement control, which is convenient to set and control the upper limit of the slider, fast turn slow, lower limit and pressure holding time.
