特點(diǎn)： 主機(jī)機(jī)身采用框架式結(jié)構(gòu)，工作方式選擇：有調(diào)整、半自動(dòng)（單次循環(huán)）兩種工作規(guī)范，有定壓成型與定程成型兩種成型方式。液壓機(jī)上梁、滑塊與油缸接合處等設(shè)置了擋油措施。結(jié)構(gòu)件經(jīng)先進(jìn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行精加工，保證了整體機(jī)身外觀平整美觀、精度高、剛性好。工作臺(tái)尺寸應(yīng)與沖壓模具尺寸配合設(shè)計(jì)制作，工作臺(tái)孔徑T形槽及布局應(yīng)與沖壓模具尺寸配合設(shè)計(jì)制作。滑塊為全鋼板焊接箱型結(jié)構(gòu)，滑塊行程400，滑塊設(shè)有位移傳感器發(fā)訊裝置和行程極限限位裝置，能有效防止超程。液壓系統(tǒng)低壓大通徑管道有柔性接頭隔震，通徑32 以上的管道均采用法蘭式連接，耐震、防漏性能好；液壓油工作油溫不得超過50±5℃，需進(jìn)行防凝露滴水處理
