本生產(chǎn)線是根據(jù)用戶提供的產(chǎn)品30-78/;30-79/80及要求設計的拉桿整形自動化生產(chǎn)線。要求為把料框推入液壓倒料斗，人工根據(jù)提升料、斗料的多少按按鈕往里倒料，后續(xù)為自動提料、排料、取料、壓制、檢測、分料等。生產(chǎn)線配有數(shù)據(jù)采集及監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。
This pull rod production line was designed according to the product and requirements provided by the user, the actions as below:push the material into the hydraulic hopper. Artificially press the button to push the material,automatic feeding,discharging,pressing,detecting,and dividing.the production line is equipped with data acquisition and monitoring system.
